Exchange and return


You can return the product, which retained its original appearance, within 7 calendar days after delivery. To return, the original packaging, factory labels and seals, as well as documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods must be kept.



In order to exchange goods, you need to order a new product on our website and file a refund for returned product.



Return of goods is possible if the specified product was not in use, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, including KIM (control-identification mark) on fur products and the original packaging are kept untouched. If a gift was attached to the item, it must be returned with the item.


In case of a dispute about the fact of the use of goods and the safety of its presentation, an independent examination of the goods is made.




1) Fill out an application for refund

You can print the form and fill it in manually.

The application is recognized as filed in the proper form, if it is made in writing with the handwritten signature of the buyer;


2) Collect a package consisting of:

  • Copy of passport (2 and 3 pages);
  • Goods
  • Return applications
  • Inventory or cash receipt


3) Contact the DHL transport company to call the courier.

To call a courier you need:

4) Give the goods to the courier.

Refunds are made in accordance with the method specified in the application for refund, which must be attached in printed and signed form together with the goods.

Refunds are made in the following ways:

1) Cash refund.

When returning goods to the RusModa pickup point (Moscow, Rochdelskaya st. 15, bldg. 13), in case the goods were originally purchased at the pickup point and paid for in cash.

2) Refund by bank transfer.

To a bank card. Cash is only refundable to the bank card which was used during

payment online at checkout.

To a bank account opened in the name of a customer registered on the site. Transfer

is made only with filled correct bank details in the application refund form,

issued in the print form of the application attached to the goods.

To transfer funds, the Buyer is obliged to fill in the following information:

• Name of the buyer

• Name of the bank

• BIK of the Bank

• Bank correspondent account

• Current account holder

• Bank card number (if available)


Pay attention to:


• Payments by bank transfer are made to the Buyer registered on the site.

• Refunds by bank transfer are made only in Rubles to current accounts opened in the Russian Rubles.

• At the request of the bank, the Buyer may be requested additional information when making a refund by bank transfer.

• When paying for goods by cash / credit card upon receipt of courier delivery, the refund is carried out only by bank transfer.

Refunds are made within 10 working days from the moment the Seller receives a correctly filled out and signed request for the return of the goods to the Seller’s warehouse. The term for crediting funds to a current account depends on the internal regulations of the beneficiary bank.


Return Policy


Dear customers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that only goods that do not have any signs of wear, retain their original appearance, factory labels, seals, KIZ (chips) for fur products and original packaging are subjects to return. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, a refund can be made within 7 calendar days from the date of its delivery.

We kindly ask you to make a fitting carefully. In case the item did not fit you, and you decided not to make a purchase, do not tear off the price tags, labels and chips (KIZ for fur products).

The fitting of the shoe must be done on a soft and clean surface: the sole after fitting must remain intact. Footwear with traces of wear and creases are not accepted for return.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging.


Goods that can not be returned and exchanged in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation:

• underwear and hosiery;

• swimwear;

• Sunglasses;

• Mobile phone covers.
